Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions in regard to the Aussie Classic 2025. Registration Fees. The $500 deposit must be paid by 31 December 2024 to qualify for the early bird price. Any cancellations made after Friday 21 February 2025 will result in a loss of deposit. Payment schedules: A $500 deposit has been secured on your registration. There will be 2 additional payments after this date. 50% on Monday 3 March 2025 and the balance due on Thursday 7 July 2025. Amendment/Cancellation Fees: We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Amended or cancelled bookings will incur charges to the individual. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Events Beyond reserves the right to charge cancellation fees over and above those charged by wholesalers, tour operators, airlines, cruise companies etc. Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are re-issued. Fees and Charges: Payment via credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.50% for MasterCard and Visa. Privacy Policy: Events Beyond is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. However, some personal contact information such as email addresses may be shared among participants in the Aussie Classic 2025.
