Terms and Conditions The cost to attend the Craveable Convention will be dependent on the sponsorship package you are committing to, which will be invoiced to you after completion of this registration. Outstanding Payments All outstanding payments must be received by Craveable Brands by Thursday, 5 June. No exceptions. Attendees with payments outstanding after this date will be treated as a cancellation and not be permitted to attend the Convention and receive access to the resort. Cancellation Policy The below cancellation terms will apply to all registrations. 100% refund if cancelled prior to 18 April 2025 50% refund is cancelled prior to 23 May 2025 100% penalties apply from 26 May 2025 Please note that if other arrangements (i.e. flights, extended accommodation, transfers etc) are organised on your behalf, then cancelled you will be subject to the cancellation policy of that individual arrangements. Onsite Registrations Surcharge Any guests that arrive at the Convention without pre-registration will incur a 20% surcharge to the full registration amount. This surcharge is due to adding last minute rooms (if available) and supplier arrangements. Any guests that arrive, participate and not pay for their attendance will be charged through their store. Ticketed Events & ID All paying attendees will be required to wear the supplied ID at all times. Each event during the Convention is ticketed and tracked. You will be able to collect your ID upon arrival on Monday 18 August 2025 prior to the Welcome Function. Craveable Brands 2025 Convention App - Terms of Use The Craveable Brands 2025 Convention will launch an online smart phone app for the 2025 Convention. The purpose of this app is to pass on key event information such as agendas, function information, news, alerts and provide a social platform for attendees to engage with each other (similar to a Facebook 'Wall'). We encourage every attendee to download the app when it's available. By using the app you agree to the following terms. Craveable Brands and Events Beyond reserves the right to review, edit and/or delete any content it deems inappropriate. Content including but not limited to the following may be deleted or edited by the moderators: • Abusive or hurtful comments about another attendee or participant • Off-topic redundant comments (this includes promotion of events, groups, pages, websites, organisations and programs not related to Convention 2025) • Comments that use foul language or "hate speech" (for example, including but not limited to racial, ethnic or gender bashing language). • Personal attacks or defamatory statements or comments • Posting photos/videos deemed as crass or inappropriate Please note sponsorship pricing excludes GST.
