SOFITEL BALI NUSA DUA BEACH RESORT

The crystal-clear shallow waters and the pearly soft white sandy beaches surrounding Nusa Dua make it a perfect place to have fun for all members of the family or for conference delegates to relax, go swimming and return completely reinvigorated and re-inspired.

Nusa Dua is the more relaxed upmarket part of Bali, with 5 star hotels dotting the coastline, and Eastern facing pristine beaches. This area is more serene then the more commonly visited areas, with less night-time activities, calmer traffic and dramatic coastal scenery. For those keen to shop, the Bali Collective is a short stroll away, with a large selection of shops and restaurants in a safe traffic free environment.

ROOM CATEGORIES

There are TWO room categories offered at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.

A 3 night stay in a Luxury Room (King or Twin) is included in your conference package, any additional nights are at a nightly rate of AUD$556 including breakfast for 1 or 2 guests per room per night.

ROOM CATEGORY NOW FULL - Luxury Room (King or Twin) - AUD$556 per room per additional night (includes breakfast for one or two)

Fitted with a private terrace or balcony, this spacious air-conditioned room provides a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, espresso machine and a seating area. The private bathroom has a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Luxury Room Resort (King or Twin) - AUD$638 per room per additional night (includes breakfast for one or two)

Featuring magnifique views of the resort and air-conditioning, this room comes with a seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV and minibar. The en-suite bathroom includes separate shower and bath, a hairdryer and French bath toiletries.

ROOM CAPACITIES
Please be aware that the hotel room capacity is limited to a maximum of 3 guests in a king or twin room, comprising of up to 2 adults and 1 child (12 years and under). If 3 adults or a child (13 years and above) are to share one king or a twin room, an additional AUD$112.00 per night will apply. Additional costs include rollaway bed and breakfast. Baby cots are also available free of charge however are subject to availability.

Families of 3 or more will need to purchase an additional room for the duration of their stay.

INTERCONNECTING ROOMS
A limited number of interconnecting rooms are available at the conference hotel. If you require an interconnecting room please ensure you indicate this in the special requests text box when selecting your room, be sure to get in early to avoid disappointment.

EXTENDING YOUR STAY AT THE SOFITEL NUSA DUA BEACH RESORT
We have negotiated the discounted conference accommodation rate for four nights prior and post the conference. Should you wish to extend your stay, ensure you indicate this in the special requests text box.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional nights requested AFTER 09th June 2025, will incur additional costs, so please be sure to register early.

Do you require flights to/from Bali? Then let Events Beyond take the stress out of your flight bookings and extended holiday.
We offer competitive rates and can also book flights for all accompanying guests & children (if applicable). A booking fee of $65 per person will apply.

Flights have been identified from each home port based on flight times that will allow you to arrive into Bali for the start of Day 1 proceedings on Wednesday, 9th July. For some ports, travel will be on the 8th July and will require an additional nights accommodation, so be sure to indicate this in the accommodation special request/additional nights text box. Alternate flights and flight times/dates are possible for pre and post-travel.

PRE AND POST STAYS
If you are wanting to extend your stay, be sure to get in early to avoid disappointment. Additional hotel rooms may book out as July is considered high season for Bali.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all delegates attending the Narellan Pools Conference have travel insurance for the duration of their trip. All delegates, family members and travelling companions should have adequate travel insurance to cover medical, cancellation, luggage or other unforeseen incidents where you may require financial support, reimbursement and/or assistance.

For all travellers to Bali, Events Beyond can provide you with a travel insurance quote for your consideration and booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes cancellations occur, however due to contractual obligations with our third party suppliers in Bali, any cancellations are subject to strict terms and conditions.

Therefore, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- Cancellations prior to 3rd May - you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150.00
- Cancellations made after 3rd May are non-refundable.

Please note in addition, accommodation and flights cancellation penalties may apply subject to the date of cancellation. (Less than 30 days is 100% of room cost).

REFUND POLICY
Please make your program selections carefully. Once program/s have been selected by you, Events Beyond will immediately proceed with all travel arrangements. Once bookings have been confirmed with suppliers, change fees and/or cancellation fees will be applicable.

Payment

Please Note: In making this payment, you are paying for the Conference Package which includes 3 nights accommodation in a Luxury Resort Room, check in 9th July & check out 12th July. Any additional requirements eg: additional child in the room or extending your stay, will be calculated separately. An additional invoice will be sent to you once an Events Beyond team member has contacted you.

Should your extension request not be available at the conference hotel, a full refund will be provided.

If you choose to Pay Later, your room at the hotel will only be held for 14 days from the date of receiving your invoice.
