ACCOMMODATION

 

CRYSTALBROOK BYRON BAY

 

Crystalbrook Byron is a luxury, eco-certified rainforest resort located in Byron Bay, offering a tranquil escape with suites nestled in lush surroundings.  Some amenities of the resort are an infinity pool, eléme Day Spa, daily complimentary yoga, fitness centre with infrared sauna. There are plenty of boardwalks for exploring the rainforest and leading to Tallow Beach, all emphasizing responsible luxury and connection with nature.  The accommodation includes 92 Treetop & Rainforest Suites with private verandas, yoga mats, rain showers, and sustainable amenities. 

 

CRYSTALBROOK BYRON SUITES

 

All Suites are near identical. Each located within different parts of the rainforest, with large floorplans, balconies, separate bedroom and lounge areas. They are essentially medium size suites with kitchenette facilities.

Please Note: The accommodation cost is not included in your registration fees and is an additional cost. Accommodation at the Crystalbrook Byron is mandatory with your conference attendance.  

Accommodation Rates are as follows and are based on single and double occupancy.

 

SINGLE OCCUPANCY 

A one night stay has a nightly rate of AUD$354.50 (includes breakfast for 1 guest per room per night).   

The total cost for a 3 night stay is AUD$1,063.50 (includes breakfast daily for 1 guest).

 

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

A one night stay has a nightly rate of AUD$384.50 (includes breakfast for 2 adult guests per room per night).   

The total cost for a 3 night stay is AUD$1,153.50 (includes breakfast daily for 2 adult guests).

 

ROOM CAPACITIES
The Crystalbrook Byron can cater for families or a group travelling together within the maximum occupancy per suite as follows: 

  • 3 adults
  • 2 adults + 1 child
  • 2 adults + 2 children (ages up to 14 years)
  • 1 adult + 3 children (ages up to 14 years)

EXTRA PERSON CHARGES

Please Note: For all accommodation suites, the existing bedding will accommodate up to 2 guests.  Any additional guests & bedding requirements will incur an additional fee of $75 per night for extra bedding to be placed in the room and serviced daily.

Additional costs are as follows: 

  • Additional adult $75 per night (maximum 3 adults in the room)
  • Additional children aged 5 - 14 years $75 per night
  • Additional children aged 0 - 5 years, a cot can be provided free of charge

ADDITIONAL BREAKFASTS

Breakfast for any additional guests are charged as follows:

  • Adults (15 years plus) $30 per day 
  • Children (6 - 14 years) $15 per day
  • Children (0 - 5 years) Free 

INTERCONNECTING ROOMS
There are a very limited number of interconnecting rooms (2 bedroom suites) available at the conference hotel.  If you require an interconnecting room please ensure you indicate this in the special requests text box when selecting your room, be sure to get in early to avoid disappointment.  

EXTENDING YOUR STAY AT CRYSTALBROOK BYRON
We have negotiated the discounted conference accommodation rate for three nights prior and post the conference. Should you wish to extend your stay, ensure you indicate this in the special requests text box.

FLIGHT SELECTION

Do you require flights to/from Byron Bay? Then let Events Beyond take the stress out of your flight bookings and extended holiday.
We offer competitive rates and can also book flights for all accompanying guests & children (if applicable).  
A booking fee of $55 per person will apply.

Flights have been identified from each home port based on flight times that will allow you to arrive into Byron Bay for the start of Day 1 proceedings on Wednesday, 29th July. For some ports, travel will be on the 28th July and will require an additional nights' accommodation, so be sure to indicate this in the accommodation special request/additional nights text box.  Alternate flights and flight times/dates are possible for pre and post-travel.

PRE AND POST STAYS
If you are wanting to extend your stay, be sure to get in early to avoid disappointment. 

If you would like Events Beyond to quote your Byron Bay flights, please advise your home port that you are travelling from. Eg: Sydney, Auckland etc.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all delegates attending the Narellan Pools Conference have travel insurance for the duration of their trip. All delegates, family members and travelling companions should have adequate travel insurance to cover medical, cancellation, luggage or other unforeseen incidents where you may require financial support, reimbursement and/or assistance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes cancellations occur, however due to contractual obligations with our third party suppliers in Byron Bay, any cancellations are subject to strict terms and conditions.

Therefore, the following cancellation fees will apply: 

- Cancellations prior to 8th May - you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150.00 which is payable to Events Beyond.
- Cancellations made after 8th May are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be given in writing via email to Events Beyond.
