REGISTRATION
How do I register?
Registration for iceworks 20 can be done via the link featured on the official website. The link will redirect you to the registration portal where you can register yourself and your accompanying guests and family members. To avoid processing errors we recommend registering via a desktop computer. If you require assistance with your registration please reach out directly to the iceworks 20 team.
What will my incentive be if I am to register by Friday 15th January?
If you register for iceworks 20 before January 15th 2021, you will be eligible for an additional 40,000 SMILES. The additional 40,000 SMILES will only be eligible for the 2021 incentive period for iceworks 21 (location and date TBA).

Eligibility
How do I know how many SMILES I have?
Click HERE to visit the New Sunrise website and login in using your username and password to track your SMILES.
The final SMILES results will also be communicated by New Sunrise via email.
No, SMILES may only be used from the one location for each registration.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Can I bring my partner who is a non-member?
Yes, there is a partner package available for all non-members, including spouses or accompanying guests.
The partner package includes flights, accommodation, breakfast plus an invitation to attend all official functions and group activities including the Snowball Gala Dinner.
What happens if I don't want to buy a partner package but want to make my own arrangements for my spouse or accompanying guest?
You can choose to book flights and transfers independently for your guest, however if you wish for them to share your accommodation, your partner must be registered with the iceworks team. If your partner attends events without prior knowledge and payment, the cost will be passed on at the conclusion of the Event.
Please note if you do not select the partner package your spouse or accompanying guest will be unable to attend any official functions, group activities and breakfast is not included.

New Sunrise have secured enough seats for the group to travel to and from Port Douglas (via Cairns Airport) on the selected dates through a pre-purchased group booking. Therefore, all subsidised and partially subsidised tickets include group seats held by Events Beyond.
Qantas frequent flyer points are earned on all Qantas group flights only for iceworks 20. You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn points. Membership and points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service program.
It is your responsibility to ensure you accurately advise of your Frequent Flyer Membership number when you register.
Should you wish to upgrade your travel using points, you must first speak with Events Beyond and finalise your Qantas flight booking and have your Qantas ticket issued. Only once your airline ticket is issued can you then speak to Qantas directly to register for an upgrade using points.
Please note: upgrades will only be confirmed to you inside 24 hours from travel. The only way to guarantee travel in Premium Economy or Business class is to pay the upgrade cost when your booking is made. To do this you will need to speak with Events Beyond who will provide you the best available airfare supplement at time of booking.
We understand that sometimes cancellations occur, however due to contractual obligations with our third party suppliers in Port Douglas, any cancellations are subject to strict terms and conditions.
Therefore, the following cancellation fees will apply;
Cancellation prior to 12th March - $375.00 per person.
Cancellation between 13th March – 17th March 50% of your registration fee will apply - $ 2,750.00
Cancellation after the 17th March will incur 100% of the registration fee - $5,500.00
All cancellations must be given in writing via email to Events Beyond.
Cancellations cannot be offset with conference credits and any applicable charges will be debited from your trading account.
Please
note: If this event is
cancelled due to border closures & the COVID pandemic you will not be
charged, however if any pre/post travel arrangements have been made outside
of the group dates this will be assessed at time of cancellation.
Yes you are able to transfer your registration. However any cancellations or change fees that are incurred will be passed on.
The full fee for your tour will be transferred to the independent tour operator. If you need to cancel your tour booking within 30 days of the tour date, any refunds will be subject to the tour operators’ cancellation policy.

To book an extension travel package simply select your preferred package within the travel section of the registration portal. Events Beyond will contact you directly to finalise your arrangements.
All extension travel must be paid directly to the iceworks 20 team at Events Beyond prior to ticketing your booking. Once payment is received, Events Beyond will finalise the booking and send you all travel confirmations.
