Flights
Passengers who require domestic connections to Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney, as well any Guests must complete their registration before making additional travel arrangements. Qantas Airlines charge a deviation fee of AUD$133 (plus any applicable fare difference) to deviate Flight bookings must be made to match passport details precisely. Passengers who neglect to provide Flight Upgrades may be requested for travel in Business Class and for Premium Economy seats. A non-refundable deposit of AUD$200 per passenger for each Qantas Airline Economy seat for
Return group flights to New York have been booked for all guests from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne
and with Qatar Airlines for guests departing from Perth.
Domestic Connections
overnight transit accommodation, will be arranged by Events Beyond in accordance with your
international intinerary and your group flights. Extension Travel
Events Beyond will contact you within 48 hours upon receipt of your extension travel request to assist you
with planning your trip and to provide a quotation for your approval.
Guests may also make their own extension travel arrangements after completing their registration
and confirming their flights in/out of the USA.
Guests wishing to extend their stay in New York or further afield may request a change of travel date and routing.
Guests will be responsible for all costs of additional travel or a higher airfare resulting from a requested date change.
Flights will always be booked at the same group airfare subject to seat availability at the time of booking.
Later bookings and flight changes will likely incur an increase in airfare.Flight Changes
from group dates of travel once flights have been ticketed on 17 February 2017. This fee must be paid for all
date/flight changes and will be payable by credit card before proceeding with the revised booking.
Changes to flight dates/routing must be requested via Events Beyond by email admin@eventsbeyond.com.au
Confirmation of flight change and/or any increase to airfare will be provided within 48-72 hours.
Guests wishing to make their own individual flight booking or wish to travel with an alternate airline
do so at their own personal expense. For ease of management and organisation, we ask ALL guests flight
and travel bookings be made via our event partner, Events Beyond,
in accordance with the Double Coin Dealer Trip itinerary.Name Changes
accurate information for the purpose of ticketing will be liable for fees related to the reissue of tickets.
Passport details for all passengers must be provided to Events Beyond prior to ticketing.
Name changes are permitted free of charge prior to ticketing.
Any delegate cancellations or replacements which require ticketing adjustments may be made
up to 48 hours prior to departure. A ticket reissue fee of AUD$100 applies to any tickets which must be reissued.Flight Upgrades
Airfares will be reassessed subject to best fare of the day at time of booking with the group airfare.
Business Class seats will be available from approximately AUD$5,000. Premium Economy Seats will be from
approximately AUD$2,500 per international sector and AUD$86 per USA domestic sector.
Flight upgrades are subject to fare availability at time of booking.
Airfare Conditions and Terms will be outlined at time of booking.Cancellations
all cancellations made prior to ticketing on 17 February 2017. After this date, a cancellation penalty
of 100% of all airfare costs applies to any cancellations made.Travel & Flight Extensions
For alternate travel extensions, including passengers who wish to alter their flight itinerary to
undertake a larger trip through the USA and beyond, please advise your travel requirements when
registering your attendance.
